Athletic types realize that being physically fit makes you look more attractive to the opposite sex, not to mention it cleans up your arteries and improves your health. But what most people don’t appreciate is that exercise can vastly improve your sex life too. Not only does being fit make doing it more fun, but you can last longer and incorporate more variety with ease. Plus exercise reduces stress which is a big-time libido killer. Less stress = more sexy time. But don’t be a one-trick pony! You have to engage in all kinds of exercise to reap the maximum benefit.
Cardio. If you want to engage in a little more than the standard missionary, you’ll need to build cardio endurance. Switching positions is likely to make you lose breath if you’re not used to a heart-pumping workout. And there’s nothing less sexy than being too tired to get intimate. Cardio makes your heart strong and allows your body to keep going and going for those hot and sweaty marathon sessions. Make sure to incorporate running, swimming, or cycling into your workout.
Flexibility. Clearly, you’ll want to be limber in your endeavors. And there’s nothing better than a little yoga to help you stretch, relax, and put your legs behind your head.
Strength. You’ll need strength if you want to hold those difficult positions. Strength training a few times a week will give you a leaned toned physique and enable you to keep going without getting sore or tired. Plus you’ll be able to hold your own weight.
While you’re at it, cut out the fatty meats, high-fat cheeses, baked goods, and white flour which can clog your arteries, slow you down, and render you not so amazing in the bedroom. Next time you’re not motivated to workout, think about impressing that special someone with your superhuman-like strength and endurance. They’ll turn them into putty in your hand in no time. |
